Overview

The Utilization By Shift Excel Report displays detailed machine utilization information by shift.  It is possible to select a large time frame and compare multiple shifts within this report. This report is exported into a Excel format.

Required and Optional Information

A time frame and one and one or more pieces of equipment are required to generate the Report.  By default, Today is selected for the time frame.  Note that when selecting from.  Additional options on how to display the data can be selected by pressing the Next button however, the report can be generated without specifying any additional information. Press the Finish button to run the report. 

The Next screen displays two different options to further filter down the information to display.  Shift Display and the Machine display.  When selecting Shift Display You have the options to display the report by Shift by Day or Shift by Equipment.  When selecting Machine display the options allow the data to be displayed by equipment group or an equipment list.
