Overview

The Downtime Status Pareto View displays the percentage of time that each piece of equipment has been in each downtime status for the time frame selected.

Configuration Options

The Equipment section is used to select the equipment that will be displayed in the View. The Include All Equipment check box can be used to automatically add new equipment to the customized RTV screen.

The Status section is used to determine a variety of filters relating to the downtime statuses.

- The Downtime Type is use to show Planned, Unplanned or both types of statuses.

- The Cumulative (%) is used to show or hide the cumulative portion of the chart.

- The Cut Off (%) is used to show or hide the cut off portion of the chart.  If Include is selected the percent for the cut off line can be modified.

- The No Downtimes option will show or hide downtimes with zero time accumulated for the selected time frame.

The Settings section:

- The Font Size is used to set the font of the labels used on the View

- The Reset Interval is used to determine the start and stop times for selecting the data for the chart.

 

    - Rolling will always count from the last X amount of hours. 

    - Set Interval will have a start time and then reset every X amount of hours from the specified start time. 

    - Current Shift will use the start time of the current shift

- The Legend is used to show or hide the legend.

All items have defaults allowing the View to be displayed quickly and easily.
