Overview


The Manage Translation Names form is used to add or modify language translation sets for the application. Two translations are built into the system by default, English and Spanish. Since these two translations are built into the system the translation name or the base language cannot be changed, but either one can be disabled preventing users from using the translation.



Adding Translations and Terminology


When a new translation or terminology is added it is based on one of the built in languages. The new translation will inherit all of the translations from the Base Language providing a starting point for modifications. Individual strings can now be modified from the Translation Definition form.
