Overview

The OEE Status Grid displays Availability, Performance, Quality, and OEE for individual pieces of equipment as well as summarizing the values for each of the OEE metrics. Additional information is available on the OEE calculations. If there are blank values as demonstrated below with the Siemens machine, something may not be configured correctly, or data may not have been collected yet for the selected time period, such as good or scrap part counts. This grid view is broken down into two main parts. The bar and number in the top section represents the weighted average for the values in the associated column, while the blue dot represents the target. 

The bottom displays what each machine's current value is.

In both sections the color is determined by limits set

Configuration Options

The Settings section:

- The Options are used to select which piece of equipment you would like to display.

       -Columns: Use these options to customize the columns displayed on the grid.

       -Sorting:  A drop down menu with predefined options on how to sort the data

       -Metric Options: A visual representation indicated by color.  The color of the bars and cells will change based a percentage of the defined target. 

       -Setting:  Options to further customize the OEE grid such as row highlighted with color, the time frame for the View, font size, as well as providing the ability to hide the top summary section.
